Reservations
Reservations are released at 10am Central time on the first of the month for the following month. For example, on January 1st, reservations will be released for the month of February. All availability is listed online.
Maximum party size: 6 guests
Allotted Dining Times
Parties of 1-2: 2 hours
Parties of 3-6: 2.5 hours
Walk-ins
There are 10 seats at our bar and counter that are available for walk-in guests each night. We encourage you to join us! For our dining room, we recommend booking in advance, but in the event of a last-minute cancellation, we’re always happy to welcome walk-in diners. Subject to availability.
Hours
Monday – Thursday 4:30pm to 9pm
Friday – Saturday 4:30pm to 10pm
Sunday – closed
Cancellations
As a small restaurant, we require a credit card for all reservations. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation a $25 per person fee will apply.
Events
Our dining room and bar can welcome up to 48 guests for a private event. Please email info@bucheronrestaurant.com to enquire about holding your next event at Bûcheron.
Corkage
$40 per 750ml bottle. Limit 2 bottles.
Hospitality Charge
Our pricing includes an 18% hospitality charge that is shared amongst our full team.
