Alsace Dinner

In the depths of our Minnesota winter, we always turn to the comforting flavors of Alsace for a cozy meal. The food of this region is packed with flavor, deeply satisfying, and exactly what we need to get us through the final push of cold weather. The region’s wines elevate the dishes to another level, which is why we’ve partnered with Bill Hooper of The Wine Company. Bill previously founded Paetra Winery in the Willamette Valley, where he crafted exceptional riesling and pinot blanc, among other varietals. Prior to this, Bill spent time making wine in Alsace and has been the perfect partner to help us select the wines and curate the menu for this event. He’ll be joining us both evenings to pour wine and share his expertise on these rare and special wines, many of which are small production and highly allocated. Reservations are now available.

Bûcheron, which translates to ‘lumberjack’ in French, features French-American cuisine while drawing inspiration from the skill and craftsmanship of generations of lumberjacks who worked and lived in our home state of Minnesota. In this elevated neighborhood restaurant, Bûcheron features a simple yet dynamic menu in a charming and convivial atmosphere. We can’t wait to welcome you!
